After more than 20 years leading brand and communications teams, and completing MBA research on the creative climate of organisations, our founder Jemma, experienced the same pattern again and again: when creativity is side-lined organisations lose adaptability, energy and strategic edge. Our Founder
Jemma Baker Volp is the Founder of Creative Balance and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute with over 20 years’ experience leading brand, communications and marketing teams for some of the UK’s most recognisable organisations across Premier League football, fashion, finance and public sector.
She holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy with Distinction from Liverpool John Moores University, where her research explored how creative climate acts as a catalyst for both organisational performance and individual wellbeing.
By positioning creativity as a tool to unlock resilience, innovation and strategic advantage, Jemma combines academic insight with real-world leadership experience to help individuals, teams and organisations thrive in today’s fast-changing environment.
